Changes made by ZumaTools:
- Only velocity layer 12 of 16 is used: the 30 notes sampled in minor
  thirds from A0 to C8 (A, C, D#, F# in every octave).
- Leading silence removed; each sample shortened to between 3.5 s (top
  notes) and 12 s (lowest notes) with a 2-second fade-out.
- Encoded as variable-bit-rate stereo MP3 (LAME, quality 5).
- File names use "s" for sharp: Ds4.mp3 is D#4, Fs4.mp3 is F#4.
- In the browser, notes between the samples are produced by changing the
  playback speed of the nearest sample, using the per-sample tuning
  offsets from the "Retuned" SFZ by Markus Fiedler included in the
  Salamander Grand Piano V3 release.

These modified samples are distributed under the same CC BY 3.0 licence.
