About Meridian

Operators first. Advisors second.

We started Meridian because too much consulting ends at the slide deck. Our partners have run plants, sales teams and finance functions — so we measure ourselves by what changes after we leave.

Built for the companies big firms overlook.

Mid-market companies drive a huge share of the economy, yet they're often stuck choosing between global firms built for the Fortune 500 and solo advisors without the bench to deliver. Meridian sits in between: senior, practical and sized for your reality.

Today we're a team of 48 consultants across three offices, serving clients in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, software and consumer goods. We're independent, partner-owned and proudly unglamorous about getting the work done.

Candour

We tell you what we see, even when it's uncomfortable. Especially then.

Measurable impact

If we can't measure it, we don't promise it. Every engagement has a scorecard.

Shoulder to shoulder

We work in your meetings and on your floor — never from a distance.

Human change

Transformation happens to people. We treat them with care and respect.
