Good questions.
Will talks be recorded?
Yes. Every talk on all three tracks is recorded and sent to ticket holders within two weeks. Workshops are not recorded.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Tickets are fully transferable until 5 November — just update the attendee name from your confirmation email.
What's your refund policy?
Full refunds until 12 October, 50% until 29 October. After that, transfer your ticket to a colleague instead.
Is there a code of conduct?
Yes, and we enforce it. Our safety team is reachable on site and by phone throughout both days.
What's included for food?
Breakfast pastries, a hot lunch with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, unlimited coffee and the day-one riverside party.
Do you offer invoices for companies?
Yes — add your company name and VAT number at checkout and we'll issue a VAT invoice automatically.
