Feedback & bug reports
To make a problem reproducible, include:
- The address of the tool page and what you were trying to do.
- The steps you took, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Your browser, operating system, and any visible error message.
- For a file problem, its format and approximate size; use a harmless sample if one is needed.
Do not email passwords, identity documents or confidential files. Remove personal details from screenshots. Files processed locally by a tool are not available to us, so a description or a safe example is needed to investigate a report.
Content corrections
If a formula, explanation or reference value is wrong, include the page URL, the part that needs changing, and a source or worked example where possible. For a suggested tool, tell us the task you need to finish and which part of the existing tools is missing.
Privacy questions
Use the same email address for questions about personal data or browser storage. Our privacy policy explains local processing, saved data and third-party services.
