About these color tools
Colour tools bridge the gap between seeing a colour and being able to use it: picking one precisely, converting it between HEX, RGB, HSL and the rest, pulling a palette out of a photograph, or checking whether a foreground and background pair is legible.
Contrast checking deserves particular mention because it is the one with a right answer — accessibility guidelines set numeric thresholds, and a pairing either meets them or does not. Everything here runs locally, including palette extraction, which reads the pixels of your image in the browser without uploading it.
