By using ZumaTools you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
ZumaTools provides free browser-based tools and games. No account is required. File editors and converters process selected files locally unless the tool states that it processes files on our server. Server-processed files, features that load external content or use online browser services are described in our privacy policy. The tools may change or be removed, and device, format and size limits may apply.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site to process content you do not have the right to process;
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone's rights;
- submit automated or deliberately false outage reports;
- attempt to disrupt the site, overload its hosting or gain unauthorized access.
Your content
You keep your rights to the files and text you use with a tool; using the site does not transfer ownership to us. You are responsible for having permission to use that content, including content obtained through third-party links. Keep your own backups. Browser storage can be cleared, and we cannot recover locally saved notes, files or game progress. Files uploaded to a tool that processes them on our server are deleted automatically after a short time, so download your result promptly; we cannot recover them either.
Calculations and reference information
Calculators and explanations are general information, not legal, medical, financial or tax advice. Results depend on the values, assumptions and reference data used. A photo tool cannot guarantee acceptance by a passport office, and a tax estimate does not replace an official filing calculation. Confirm important requirements with the relevant authority or a qualified professional.
No warranty
The tools are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Results depend on your browser and device, and we do not guarantee that any tool is accurate, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Always verify important results — especially output from calculators and converters — before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZumaTools and Novpix LLC are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Advertising
The site may display advertising to support its operation. Advertisements are not part of a tool's output or an endorsement of the advertiser. See our privacy policy for how advertising and analytics cookies are handled.

Some pages link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
