Frequently asked questions

What is on the daily planner page?

A “Daily Planner” title and a date line; on the left, a schedule with a row for every hour from 6 AM to 9 PM and a dashed line for the half hour; on the right, three numbered lines for your top priorities, a to-do list with checkboxes, and a ruled notes box.

Is the planner dated?

No — it is undated, so you can start any day and skip days without wasting pages. Write the date on the line at the top. For a dated calendar or a dated weekly planner, see the printable calendar.

What size is best for a planner binder?

Full-size binders take US Letter or A4. For smaller ring planners, choose A5 or Half Letter (5½ × 8½ inches), or print two pages per sheet and cut. Add binder holes to widen the inner margin so the schedule is not punched through.

How do I plan my day with it?

The evening before or first thing in the morning: write your three most important tasks as priorities, block time for them in the schedule, then list the smaller tasks in the to-do column and fit them around fixed appointments. Use notes for calls, ideas and anything to carry forward.

Can I print a week or a month of pages at once?

Yes — set “Pages in the PDF” to 7, 31 or any number up to 100. Every page is identical and undated, so the file stays small; tick page numbers if you want to keep them in order.

About this tool

A daily planner page gives each day a structure: what must happen (priorities), when things happen (the schedule), and everything else (the to-do list and notes). Seeing appointments and tasks side by side on one sheet makes it obvious what will fit in the day — and what will not.

This printable is undated and minimal: a clear title and date line, a schedule running from 6 AM to 9 PM with half-hour guides, three priority lines, a checkbox list and a notes box, all in thin lines that do not compete with your writing. It prints on Letter, A4 or smaller planner sizes, and as two half-pages per sheet for a compact planner.

It suits work days full of meetings, study days with blocks of revision, and home days of errands and chores. Many people print a week's worth on Sunday, or a month's worth to keep in a binder with dividers.

For a simple checklist without a schedule, see the printable to-do list; for a week at a glance, choose Weekly planner in the printable paper maker.
