How many tasks fit on the list?
On US Letter in portrait with ⅜-inch rows there are 25 checkbox rows; with college-ruled rows, 34. Landscape splits the list into two columns. With “Two per sheet”, each half-letter list has 19 rows — a handy size for a daily list.
How can I make a to-do list pad?
Print several copies with “Two per sheet” turned on, cut each sheet along the dashed line, stack the halves and clip or staple them at the top. A thin bead of padding glue or white PVA glue along the top edge turns the stack into a tear-off pad.
What makes a to-do list work?
Keep items small and concrete — “email the plumber”, not “sort out the house” — so each can be checked off in one sitting. Put the most important one or two tasks at the top, date the page, and move anything unfinished to the next day's list instead of letting old lists pile up.
Can I have a to-do list with a schedule?
