Merge PDF

Combining PDFs is one of the most common document tasks there is: assembling a job application from a CV and certificates, gathering signed contract pages into one file, or turning a folder of scanned receipts into a single document for accounting. A merged PDF is easier to email, easier to archive and guaranteed to keep its pages in the order you set — it also avoids the classic failure mode of multi-file attachments, where a recipient opens three of your five files and misses the rest.

This tool merges files by copying pages directly at the PDF object level — the same structure your PDF reader parses. Nothing is rendered, rasterized or re-compressed, so text stays selectable and sharp, vector graphics stay vectors, and embedded images remain identical to the source files. Page sizes carry over with the pages themselves, so a mixed batch of A4 and letter documents merges without reformatting. The output is simply a new PDF containing the original pages in the order you arranged them.

Order matters, and you control it: files are merged top to bottom as listed, and the arrows let you rearrange them before merging. There is no practical limit on the number of files — dozens of PDFs merge in seconds, because the files are never uploaded.

That local processing is also a privacy guarantee. Contracts, medical records, financial statements and IDs are exactly the documents people most often need to merge, and exactly the ones that should not sit on a stranger’s server.
