If Suno isn’t working for you

When the live checks above look normal, the problem is usually on your side or limited to one feature. These are the fixes that help most often with Suno:

  1. Suno has no official status page

    Suno doesn’t run a public status page. Its official support channels are help.suno.com and support@suno.com, and its Discord is community-run. For outages, check Suno’s X account and whether other people are reporting the same problem.

  2. Check credits before assuming an outage

    Free accounts get a small daily credit top-up and paid plans get a monthly allowance. Running out can look like generation has stopped working, so check your balance first.

  3. Prompt or lyrics blocked by moderation

    Suno refuses to generate when the prompt or lyrics include the names of well-known artists, copyrighted or trademarked terms, or other blocked content. That’s a moderation block, not an outage — change the wording and try again.

  4. Signed in but your songs are missing

    Suno signs you in through providers such as Apple, Discord, Facebook, Google or Microsoft, with no email-and-password login. If your library looks empty, you probably signed in with a different provider than the one you first used, which opens a separate account.

  5. Stuck generations and browser issues

    If songs sit in a generating state for a long time while other users report the same thing, it’s probably load or an incident on Suno’s side — wait and retry. If only you’re affected, reload suno.com, clear its cookies and cache, turn off VPNs and ad blockers, or try the mobile app.
